Corning Museum of Glass – Studio Expansion

Renovation of current Building B into an expanded studio work space. The renovations included a new mezzanine, new external entry vestibule, and new 10,000sf mechanical penthouse, which required reinforcing of the existing roof framing, columns, and lateral system.
Eastman Gardens 800 East Main Street

Conversion of the Historic Eastman Dental Dispensary into 52 Senior /Disabled Apartments with amenities that include a Community Room, Fitness Center, Garden Beds, Common Laundry, and Tenant Storage
Total Project Costs: $20.5 Million
Sage Building Renovation, Ithaca, NY
Location: Ithaca, NY
Architect: CJS Architects
Complete renovation of the existing 130-year-old building including upgrades to the north and east facades, structural reinforcing of the floor and roof systems and the addition of two new stairs at the first-floor level. The project shall also include the analysis, repair and reinforcing design of the existing roof structure as required to meet modern code loading requirements.
