The Mills at High Falls – Phase II (Annex at High Falls) 364-392 State Street Rochester, NY
Renovation of 6 abandoned structures collectively known as the Teoronto Block and converted into 21 Units/Apartments and six retail store fronts.
Located from and built between 1844 and 1854, these buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. In addition, the buildings have architectural significance for their well-preserved features typical of downtown commercial buildings of the period. (1850) - 2012 Excellence in Historic Preservation by Preservation league of New York
Sage Building Renovation Ithaca, NY -2019
Complete renovation of the existing 130-year-old building including upgrades to the north and east facades, structural reinforcing of the floor and roof systems and the addition of two new stairs at the first-floor level. The project shall also include the analysis, repair and reinforcing design of the existing roof structure as required to meet modern code loading requirements.
