Strong Museum of Play - Expansion and Parking Garage

Expansion of the museum included a three-story cast-in-place construction (108,000sf) with a partial basement. A five-story gate way structure and circulation path connecting the addition to a new parking garage (by others). The foundations and undulating facade of the parking garage was designed and detailed by Jensen/BRV.
Corning Museum of Glass – Studio Expansion

Renovation of current Building B into an expanded studio work space. The renovations included a new mezzanine, new external entry vestibule, and new 10,000sf mechanical penthouse, which required reinforcing of the existing roof framing, columns, and lateral system.
Eastman Theatre Expansion
Location: Rochester, NY
Architect: CJS Architects
New addition to the original Eastman Theatre, includes a large rehearsal hall, smaller recital hall, recording studio, and back of house spaces. A new lobby provided new vertical circulation to new and existing halls. Renovations to the existing theater were integral to the expansion project.
