New student housing of 278,000 sf. Constructed of five-stories of wood framing over podium of one-story of steel framing and one below grade parking level. Ground improvement of CMC piles were utilized.
Alta Vista
Location: Rochester, New York
Architect: IN/EX Architecture P.C.
New affordable housing development of 84,000 sf designed to meet Passive House standards. Constructed of four-stories of wood framing over two-story podium framed with composite steel framing and slab-on-metal deck.
